This Privacy Policy describes how Prime Business Systems ("Netarise," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Netarise platform at netarise.com and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy works alongside our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three general categories: information you give us, information we collect automatically when you use the Platform, and information we receive from third parties.
1.1 Account Information
When you create an account, we collect:
- Email address
- Username and display name
- Password (stored as a one-way hash; we never see or store your password in readable form)
- Profile information you choose to provide, including biography, profile picture, and links
- Account preferences and notification settings
1.2 Profile and Content Information
We collect content you create, post, or share on the Platform, including:
- Posts, comments, and reactions
- Profile content, including avatars, banners, and biographical text
- Direct messages and group messages
- Faction membership and faction-related activity
- Custom titles, badges, and cosmetic selections
1.3 Gameplay and Economy Data
We collect data related to your activity within the Platform's gameplay and in-app economy, including:
- Coin balance, Gem balance, and transaction history
- Shares purchased, sold, and held in other profiles
- XP earned, level, and leveling history
- Daily collection records and login streaks
- Boost activations, power-up usage, and battle records
- Plan tier, subscription status, and subscription history
- Inventory of cosmetics, themes, and other purchased items
- Leaderboard ranking and ranking history
1.4 Cash Balance Data
If you participate in the Netarise Cash system, we collect data specific to that mechanic, including:
- Current Netarise Cash balance, denominated in USD
- Lifetime accrued balance and lifetime forfeited balance
- Balance state (active, frozen, decaying, reset)
- Earning status (earning, paused, ineligible)
- Weekly accrual amount and accrual history
- Activity check history, including pass and fail records per evaluation period
- Forfeiture event history, including the trigger, the amount forfeited, and the timestamp
1.5 Activity Tracking Data for Cash Eligibility
To determine your eligibility under the Cash activity check, we evaluate signals already collected for general gameplay purposes, applied to the Cash-specific activity window. These signals include:
- Login frequency and login timestamps
- Share-purchase activity
- XP earned during the evaluation period
- Social engagement, including posts, comments, and reactions
- Daily collection completion
- Faction participation
These signals are not collected separately for the Cash system; rather, the Cash system reads from the same telemetry that powers the rest of the Platform. The activity check is a calculation, not a new tracking layer.
1.6 Cash Pool Contribution and Distribution Data
We maintain a per-event log of contributions to the Netarise Cash pool and distributions out of the pool. This log includes the source activity, the amount contributed or distributed, the recipient, and the timestamp. This record is essential to the integrity of the Cash economy and is retained for the lifetime of the Platform's economic record-keeping requirements.
1.7 KYC Data (Collected Only at Payout Activation)
If and when Netarise Cash payouts activate, and only if you choose to request a payout, we will collect identity verification data necessary to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and tax reporting requirements. This may include:
- Legal name
- Date of birth
- Government-issued identification number (such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID)
- Residential address
- Biometric verification (such as a selfie matched against your government ID), where required by the verification provider
- Bank account or payment account details necessary to receive the payout
- Tax identification number where required for reporting (such as a U.S. Social Security Number or Tax Identification Number, or the equivalent in your jurisdiction)
KYC data is collected only at the time of a payout request. We do not collect KYC data during normal Platform use, and we do not collect KYC data from users who do not request a payout. KYC data is shared with qualified third-party identity verification providers and qualified payment processors as described in Section 4.
1.8 Cashout Request Data
For each Netarise Cash payout request, we record:
- The request itself, including timestamp and requested amount
- Status (submitted, in review, approved, processing, completed, rejected)
- Processing details, including the payment processor reference and any internal review notes
- Rejection reasons, where applicable
- Tax form generation status, where applicable
1.9 Payment and Subscription Information
When you purchase a paid plan, gems, or other paid features, our payment processor (Stripe, for inbound subscriptions and purchases) collects payment information directly. We receive limited transaction data, including transaction ID, amount, status, the last four digits of the payment method, and the date. We do not receive or store full credit card numbers.
Cash payouts, when activated, will be processed by a separate payment processor specifically configured for outbound payouts. Stripe's role is limited to inbound payments.
1.10 Affiliate Program Information
If you participate in the Netarise Affiliate Program, we collect referral codes, referral attribution data, commission balances, and payout records. Affiliate payouts may also trigger KYC and tax reporting obligations described in Sections 1.7 and 1.8.
1.11 Communications
We collect messages and communications you send to us, including support tickets, feedback, and any correspondence with our team. We may retain these records for support quality, training, and dispute resolution.
1.12 Device, Log, and Usage Information
When you use the Platform, we automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate location derived from IP
- Device type, operating system, and browser
- Pages visited, features used, and timestamps
- Referrer URLs and click paths
- Performance and error logs
- Session identifiers
1.13 Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. See Section 8 for details, including the specific keys used by the Cash UI.
1.14 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from:
- Authentication providers, if you sign in through a third-party login
- Payment processors, including transaction status and dispute information
- Identity verification providers, including verification results, in connection with Cash payouts
- Analytics and advertising partners, where applicable
- Public profile information from social platforms, where you have linked your profile

3. How We Use Netarise Cash Data
The Cash data described in Sections 1.4 through 1.8 is used specifically for:
3.1 Calculating Contributions, Distributions, and Balances
We use Cash pool data and transaction logs to compute contributions into the Netarise Cash pool, distributions out of the pool, and the resulting balance for each user. These calculations run continuously and are reflected in your displayed balance.
3.2 Evaluating Activity Check Eligibility
We use the activity tracking signals listed in Section 1.5 to determine, on a recurring schedule, whether you meet the activity threshold required to keep your Netarise Cash balance in an active state. The result of each activity check is recorded as part of your Cash data.
3.3 Detecting Fraud, Multi-Account Abuse, and Farming
We analyze patterns across Cash data, activity data, device data, and account metadata to detect fraudulent behavior, multi-account abuse, automated activity, and other forms of farming or manipulation. Where we detect such behavior, we may freeze, decay, or forfeit balances, and we may suspend or terminate accounts.
3.4 Computing Forfeitures
When the activity check, the Terms of Service, or another rule triggers a forfeiture, we use Cash data and the relevant trigger record to apply the forfeiture and to write a corresponding entry to your forfeiture history.
3.5 Processing Payout Requests (When Activated)
If and when Cash payouts activate, we will use your Cash balance, KYC data, and Cashout Request Data to evaluate, approve, process, or reject payout requests, in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
3.6 Compliance With KYC, AML, OFAC, and Tax Laws
When Cash payouts activate, we will use KYC data and payout records to comply with applicable Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, sanctions screening (including OFAC), and tax reporting laws. This may include sharing data with verification providers, payment processors, and government agencies as required by law.
3.7 Audit and Dispute Resolution
We retain Cash data to enable internal audits of the Cash economy, to investigate user disputes, and to provide records to dispute resolution processes such as the arbitration described in our Terms of Service.
4. How We Share Your Information
We share your information only as described in this section. We do not sell your personal information.
4.1 Service Providers
We share information with service providers who help us operate the Platform, including:
- Hosting and infrastructure providers
- Database and storage providers
- Email and messaging providers
- Analytics providers
- Customer support tools
- Fraud detection and security providers
Service providers process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data protection terms.
4.2 Payment Processors
Inbound subscription and purchase payments are processed by Stripe. Outbound Cash payouts, when activated, will be processed by a separate qualified third-party payment processor selected for outbound disbursements. These processors handle payment data directly and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations. We share with these processors only the data necessary to complete the transaction.
4.3 Identity Verification Providers (Cash Payouts)
When Cash payouts activate, we will share KYC data with one or more qualified third-party identity verification providers selected for compliance with KYC, AML, and OFAC requirements. These providers may use government databases, document analysis, biometric matching, and sanctions lists to verify your identity. They process KYC data under their own privacy policies and applicable regulatory frameworks.
4.4 Tax Authorities and Reporting Platforms
Where required by applicable law, we may share payout, payment, and identity data with tax authorities and tax reporting platforms. This may include the issuance of IRS Form 1099 (or the equivalent in your jurisdiction) when payout amounts exceed reporting thresholds.
4.5 Public Profile Information
Information you choose to display on your public profile, including username, avatar, biography, level, share price, and certain leaderboard standings, is visible to other users and to the public. You control what appears on your public profile through your settings.
4.6 Legal Compliance and Safety
We may disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or government request, or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, safety, or property of Netarise, our users, or the public.
4.7 Business Transfers
If Netarise or Prime Business Systems is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, we may share or transfer information as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer where required by law.
4.8 With Your Consent
We may share information for purposes you have explicitly consented to.
5. Data Retention
5.1 General Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
5.2 Cash Transactional Records
Cash transaction records, pool contributions, distributions, balance histories, and audit logs are retained indefinitely as part of the Platform's economic record-keeping requirements. These records are essential to the integrity of the Cash economy and to our ability to respond to user disputes, audits, and legal inquiries. Where you delete your account, transactional records are anonymized rather than fully deleted, as described in Section 7.4.
5.3 KYC Data
KYC data collected at payout time is retained for the period required by applicable law, typically five (5) to seven (7) years following the payout, depending on jurisdiction. After the legally required retention period, KYC data is deleted or de-identified.
5.4 Account Data After Termination
Following account termination, certain account data may be retained for limited periods to support legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
5.5 Backups
Information may persist in backup systems for a limited period after deletion from active systems, as part of standard backup and disaster recovery practices.
6. Security
We use a combination of technical, organizational, and administrative measures to protect your information, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- One-way password hashing
- Access controls and least-privilege permissions
- Audit logging of administrative actions
- Regular security reviews and incident response planning
For Cash data and KYC data specifically, we apply elevated controls including stricter access boundaries, dedicated audit trails for KYC events, separation between subscription processing and payout processing pipelines, and contractual security obligations on identity verification providers and payment processors.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you have certain rights regarding your information.
7.1 Access and Portability
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, in a structured, commonly used format. For Cash data, the export will include your current balance and your activity history. The internal calculation methodology that produces those values, including pool dynamics and distribution algorithms, is proprietary and is not included in the export.
7.2 Correction
You may request correction of inaccurate personal information. Some information, such as your username, can be edited directly through Platform settings.
7.3 Deletion
You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to limited exceptions. The right to deletion does not extend to aggregated economic records that are integral to the operation of the Cash economy. When you delete your account, your personal identifiers are removed and your transactional records are anonymized so that they no longer identify you, while preserving the integrity of pool histories, contribution logs, and distribution logs.
7.4 Restriction of Processing
You may request that we restrict processing of your information in certain circumstances. For Cash data, exercising the right to restrict processing will pause balance growth for the duration of the restriction. We will resume processing on your request or where required by law.
7.5 Objection
You may object to certain processing of your information, including direct marketing.
7.6 Withdrawal of Consent
Where we rely on consent to process your information, you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
7.7 Communications Preferences
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by following the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by adjusting your account settings. We will continue to send service-related communications, such as security notifications and policy updates, where required.
7.8 Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of the rights described above, contact us at support@mail.netarise.com. We will respond within the time period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
7.9 Region-Specific Rights
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. Residents of these regions have additional rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws, including the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
California. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to delete certain personal information, the right to correct inaccurate personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Netarise does not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.
Other jurisdictions. Where local law provides additional rights, those rights apply. Contact us at support@mail.netarise.com for region-specific requests.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
We use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to operate the Platform, remember your preferences, and analyze usage.
8.1 Categories of Cookies and Storage
- Strictly necessary. Required for authentication, session management, and core Platform functionality.
- Functional. Remember your preferences, including theme and notification settings.
- Analytics. Help us understand how the Platform is used. We use Google Analytics, with the property tag G-FWWEYDCWWC.
- Performance. Diagnose errors and optimize loading.
8.2 Cash UI Local Storage Keys
The Netarise Cash interface uses the following client-side storage keys:
netarise_cash_onboarded_{userId}— a flag indicating whether you have completed the Cash onboarding modal. Stored in your browser only; not transmitted to our servers.
Additional UI preference keys may be added over time. These keys store user-interface state in your browser and do not contain financial data, balance data, or sensitive personal information.
8.3 Your Choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling strictly necessary cookies will impair Platform functionality. You can clear local storage through your browser; doing so may reset onboarding flags and other preferences.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Users under 13 are not permitted to create accounts. Users under 13 are not eligible to participate in any Platform mechanic, including Netarise Cash, and are excluded from all Cash-related data collection and processing, even where a parent has consented to general use of the Platform.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account. Parents who believe their child under 13 may have used the Platform should contact support@mail.netarise.com.
For users between 13 and the age of majority in their jurisdiction, additional restrictions on certain features may apply, and parental consent may be required where mandated by local law.
10. International Data Transfers
Netarise is operated from the United States. When you use the Platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States.
Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, including standard contractual clauses or other recognized transfer mechanisms.
KYC data collected at payout time may be processed in regions where our qualified third-party identity verification providers operate. These regions may include the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions where verification providers maintain operations. We select providers that maintain appropriate cross-border transfer safeguards.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and services, and may integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers and payment processors. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of third parties you interact with.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated through in-Platform notice, email to your registered address, or both, with reasonable advance notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
