Steve Irwin (1962–2006) was a world-renowned Australian zookeeper, conservationist, and television personality known as "The Crocodile Hunter". Famous for his khaki outfit, infectious enthusiasm, and the catchphrase "Crikey!", he gained international fame for his hands-on, high-energy approach to wildlife, particularly reptiles and crocodiles. Together with his wife, Terri, he ran Australia Zoo and co-founded Wildlife Warriors to champion animal conservation.
